Moonshiner Collective: Under the Moon
We’re so excited to bring back Under the Moon concerts at what’s become our favorite venue on the Central Coast. Set on the driving range at Dairy Creek Golf Course (Marcerro), this unique series blends the band’s love for the outdoors with a high-end live music experience, creating intimate, open-air nights that feel magical and memorable.
Friday, August 14th, 2026 will be our first Under the Moon of the year, and it’s going to be a great one. Central coast singer-songwriter, Elyse Black, will start off the night and then Moonshiner Collective will take the stage.

Kids 12 and under are FREE.
Every Under the Moon show for the past five years has sold out, and we expect this one to do the same. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to join us, this is it.

WHERE: Marcerro at Dairy Creek Golf Course, San Luis Obispo, CA
WHAT TO BRING: Low-back chairs or picnic blankets (high-back chairs welcome in the back two rows), warm layers for after sunset, and feel free to bring glow-in-the-dark gear to add to the nighttime vibe.
FOOD/DRINK: Local food and drinks will be available for purchase from Marcerro’s new restaurant and event bar. You’re welcome to bring your own waters and snacks for children.
PARKING: Free onsite parking in the Dairy Creek Golf Course lot

Moonshiner Collective starts at 7:20 PM and ends around 9:20 PM

The weather in SLO this time of year is typically mild and beautiful, with warm golden light fading into a cool, coastal evening. With the moon in its waxing crescent phase, the skies will be dark and clear – ideal for stargazing and soaking up the music in a truly scenic setting.
About Moonshiner Collective: Moonshiner Collective is a 3-piece Folk Rock/California Soul/Americana band that uniquely blends good time music with a powerfully soulful depth. Lead singer-songwriter Dan Curcio has been performing in this area for 20+ years with Moonshiner Collective and his former band Still Time and has the most sold out shows in SLO Brew’s concert history. These Under the Moon shows perfectly blend the band’s instrospective singer songwriter feels earlier in the show leading into full send dance party goodness as the sun sets over Cerro Romauldo and the lanterns light the perfectly sloped hillside as the show goes on.
